Sandwich Artist PRO®

The Sandwich Artist PRO® performs the same tasks as a Sandwich Artist®, including greeting and serving guests, maintaining food safety and keeping the restaurant clean.
You also lead by example and have the added responsibility of taking new or less experienced employees under your wing.  In this position, you learn skills that prepare you for the next step on the career path.

Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager you implement supervisory skills and apply them to the daily operations of the restaurant.  This includes managing staff and assisting in hiring and scheduling of employees.
You will aslo learn how to handle incidents that may occur at the restaurant.  Successfully completing these tasks, and setting a good example for your staff, will prepare you for the next level.

Multi-Unit Manager

The Multi-Unit Manager oversees several restaurants, working with individual store managers to set performance goals. At this level, you develop recognition programs, utilize your promotional skills on market-wide sales initiatives, and work to improve efficiency and the restaurants' bottom line profits. 

As a Multi-Unit Manager, you may represent franchisees in discussions with their Development Agent or Franchisor.
